Do not contact your us (your GP surgery) about your COVID-19 vaccination status. GPs cannot provide letters showing your COVID-19 vaccination status. Vaccination venue change
This Saturday (1st May) will be the final day that Salisbury Cathedral will be used as a vaccination centre. The GP led service will continue to be delivered at Leaden Hall within the Cathedral Close and all patients will be notified about the arrangements.. The change of venue is necessary as the Cathedral returns to choral worship this Sunday (2nd May) and prepares to open to visitors later in May. COVID-19 Vaccine Update
We are now starting to recall patients for their second vaccinations. If you had an appointment for your first vaccination on Saturday 16th January at Salisbury Cathedral, you will be sent a letter with an appointment at the same time on Saturday 27th March for your second vaccination. Flu Clinics 2020 - UPDATE re 50-64 year olds
** UPDATE 04.12.20: Despite NHS England advising us that further flu vaccine will be available for 50-64 years we have only been given an additional 100 vaccines (Flublok), we have been told there is no scope for more being supplied. Rowlands Pharmacy at Harcourt Medical Centre has extended their opening times. The Pharmacy is now open from 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday, they remain closed for lunch from 1:00pm - 2:00pm. Repeat prescriptions requests can be put through the letterbox at the front of the Harcourt Medical Centre. Please allow 5 working days before you collect your prescription. Good News we are back!

TEMPORARY RELOCATION OF PRACTICE PREMISES
Due to the COVID19 pandemic and the need to use the Harcourt premises as an acute respiratory unit we have had to temporarily move location to Bemerton Heath Surgery (Pembroke Road, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP2 9DJ) Due to the size of the Bemerton Heath site, we have only the space for 2 GPs and 2 nurses on-site. Evening and Weekend Appointments Available Now
You can now access additional Primary Care Services in the evenings and at weekends. Improved Access is a Wiltshire-wide initiative where local practices are working together to offer increased availability of services and appointments in the evenings and the weekend. These appointments are available 18:30-20:00 Monday-Friday, and Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. Just to let you all know, the car park is open with access to the surgery. However the Police have coned off half of the spaces, so there is reduced capacity. Please be careful as entry and exit is via the same access (the normal entry point), so drive carefully.

We would like to apologise on behalf of Rowlands Pharmacy LTD who rent space in the medical centre and handle many of the prescriptions we generate. Due to significant staff changes there have been significant delays and problems handling prescriptions in the recent weeks. It has been both challenging and very rewarding to work in a number of very different situations both overseas and in the UK and to finish the last 5 years of my career at Harcourt.

Drs Nathan & Hannah Francis to leave in September 2017
After working at the practice for over 3 years Dr Hannah and Nathan Francis are relocating to a Dorset practice. We wish them well for the future.
Dr Louise Campbell, who trained here at the medical centre and has provided regular locum cover, will provide care for their patients until a new arrangement is formalised.
We apologise for yet another change in staff, this is a very difficult time for recruitment in NHS General Practice, and we hope to have more news on a permanent GP solution soon.
